A little about me personally: I love spending time with my wife, Bre, our two sons, Noah and Beau, and our family and friends. When I'm not at the office, you'll often find me golfing, working out, or playing guitar at my church or with my band, The IRSHMN.

Staying healthy physically, mentally, and spiritually is very important to me. One of my favorite Bible verses is Philippians 4:8:

"Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things."

That same focus on people, relationships, and doing things the right way carries over into how we run our agency.
